We do not charge for regular tech support - if you have a problem call us we help with it.

We do reserve the right to charge for tech support if you want us to do things for you on a regular basis that you could do for yourself through the Website Maker system.

If you have a custom website built by AVC and you are in need of tech support your cost will have been quoted when we negotiated your website build package.

If you are a chronic tech support user, under those circumstances we reserve the right to charge for our time spent holding your hand.

Example of paid tech support would include image optimization, page/text formatting, site style modification. These would be a paid option on the bronze plan and a free included option on the silver or gold plans.
